  • PRODUCT INFO

    The shell of autoclave is made of high temperature thermoplastic material with outstanding impact resistance and stainless steel. The pot body of sterilizer is made of food grade stainless steel(304). Hand-wheel type rotary sealing structure is adopted to make it easy to use, safe and reliable.

    • The console adopts LCD window for dynamic display. The whole sterilization process is implemented with microcomputer display and automatic cycle control. It will automatically stop after the sterilization is completed (alarm).
    • It has a one-button sterilization function selection,which can make a quick and clear choice based on different items.
    • With air-cooled rapid cooling device to ensure that the pot body is cooled quickly at the end of sterilization, thereby shortening the time to open the pot lid.
    • It has the function of preheating and melting of sterilized items and has time and temperature selection for the items to be dissolved.
    • Sterilization time reservation function, convenient for users to start the machine at scheduled time.
    • With automatic fault detection and judgment system.
    • The full-automatic control model has the function of discharging the low temperature air and steam internal exhaust and exhausting steam when sterilization procedure ends.
    • The full-automatic control type has the functions of automatic discharge of cold air, internal exhaust of steam and automatic exhaust of steam at the end of sterilization.
    • The printing function can be added to print the sterilization temperature and sterilization time in real time.
    • The safety interlock structure of electrical and mechanical interaction is adopted to ensure that the interlock device locks the lid handle when there is pressure in the pot to prevent the lid from being opened when there is pressure in the pot.
    • Double protection system with the mechanical safety relief valve and electronically controlled over voltage protective device.
    • It has heater anti-drying protection function and leakage protection system.
