Precautions

• For moisture-resistant and heat-resistant instruments, pressurized steam sterilization is preferred.

• Use only within the validity period.

• This product must be used exclusively with the low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer produced by Henan Sanqiang Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.
  Refer to the sterilizer’s instruction manual for operational details.

Safety Measures

• Wear appropriate protective gloves during use. Direct skin contact is strictly prohibited.

  • If contact occurs: rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention when necessary.

• If hydrogen peroxide contacts shoes, clothing, or other flammable materials:

  • Wash thoroughly with water immediately to eliminate fire hazards.

  • Only water must be used if a fire occurs (no foam or chemical extinguishers).

Handling After Sterilization

• When handling:

  • Used cassettes

  • Ejected cassettes

  • Items from canceled cycles

  • Items that remain moist after cycle completion
    Wear chemical-resistant gloves (latex, PVC vinyl, or nitrile).

• Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash thoroughly before reuse.

Waste Disposal

• Dispose of used bottles and containers according to local waste management regulations.

Transport and Storage

Transport Requirements

• Must be transported using authorized dangerous goods vehicles.

• Protect from sunlight, heat, and incompatible materials.

• Must not be transported with:

  • Flammable materials

  • Reducing agents

Storage Conditions

• Store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dark environment.

• Do not store with:

  • Flammable or combustible substances

  • Strong reducing agents

  • Copper, iron, iron salts, zinc, or active metal powders

  • Organic materials such as hair, grease, cotton fibers, paper fibers, etc.

Validity Period

• Two years
