The Disintegration apparatus detects the disintegration time limit of tablets, capsules, pills and oral disintegration reagents according to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
- The 2+1 design method is adopted, and it can meet the disintegration requirements of the orally disintegrating reagents in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia, extensive use.
- 3 sets of hanging baskets, and the 3 routes operate independently, which can be controlled separately.
- The electronic temperature sensor can display and monitor the temperature at various points in the water bath and in the beaker. The use of high-precision digital electronic sensors ensures the high precision and accuracy of the water bath temperature without calibration.
- The temperature of the water bath is automatically controlled by the instrument to be 37.0℃ (prescribed in the Pharmacopoeia). The preset temperature can be reset at any time in both directions.
- The instrument automatically sets the lifting and lowering time of the hanging basket to 15 minutes, and the time can also be reset arbitrarily in both directions.
- Adopt the computer control technology with single-chip microcomputer as the core, and intelligently control the two performance parameters of water bath temperature and working time.
